Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of services provided by GLT Solutions ("we", "us"): web design, web hosting, domain registration, email and digital marketing. By ordering a service you agree to them.

Services & provisioning

  • Hosting services are provisioned through the client area and are available immediately on payment unless otherwise stated.
  • Design and marketing work is delivered against a written proposal setting out scope, price and timeline; changes to scope are agreed in writing.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance; where possible we give notice via the status page.

Fees & renewals

  • Hosting and domain services renew automatically at the published price unless cancelled before the renewal date from the client area.
  • Invoices are due on the date shown. Services may be suspended for non-payment after reasonable notice.
  • Domain registrations are subject to the registry's own terms and are generally non-refundable once registered.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host or send unlawful, infringing or malicious content, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to disrupt any network or service. We may suspend services that put the platform or other customers at risk, and will contact you before or as soon as practicable after doing so.

Your content & backups

You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for having the rights to publish it. We take daily backups as part of the hosting service, but you should also keep your own copies of critical data.

Availability

We target 99.99% platform availability. The service is provided with reasonable skill and care; we are not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Cancellation

You can cancel any monthly service from the client area effective at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate for material breach of these terms. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period on request.

General
